Why computer hacking is a problem because some internet sites have been hacked back in the 1990’s. How this problem can be solved is by controlling it and tries making more firewalls to protect internet sites and if someone hacked someone else computer they can get a class 1 misdemeanor. The ways to minimize hacking is the use of filters may be considered in reducing access to other computers.
